1. Shipping

Orders are only dispatched once we have received payment, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

The delivery times vary depending on the product and are in each item individually. For timely payment by the customer, the delivery will usually immediately or after 1-3 weeks if the product is not in stock.

Customers can track the status of their order at any time using their user account at We will also inform you by e-mail when have received your payment, that have sent the items to the specified address, or when your order is ready for collection.

2. Delivery costs Europe and Worldwide

Delivery costs Europe 6 €.
Delivery costs Worldwide 10 €.

Europe: (max. weight 2 kg)
Worldwide: (max. weight 250g)

If your order over the max. weight, we will you regarding shipping and contact you with an offer.

You can also collect your order in person at our studio in Ibiza, thereby avoiding any delivery costs. Once your items have finished, we will notify you by e-mail and arrange an appointment.

3. Returns and Exchange

The exchange and return of goods delivered according to the contract is only possible in exceptional cases and with our agreement in writing. There is no right of return for customised items. Returns must be made immediately following receipt of the goods, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. In such cases, the customers account shall usually be credited electronically with the purchase price of the item. There will be no compensation for any delivery costs or fees arising from payment via Paypal or Credit Card. There can be no general claim for return or refund of the purchase price in the form of cash or gift certificate, and it is entirely excluded from orders of customised items. The customer acknowledges that may charge a fee of a maximum 15 € incl. VAT per returned or exchanged item, to cover expenses. will bear any costs of returning an item to the customer in the case of an authorised exchange.

4. Returns

The customer must bear the cost of items returned to If a return is received with either no or insufficient postage, the outstanding postage is charged to the customer, plus expenses, to a maximum 15 € incl. VAT, per returned item. The product must reach either in its original packaging or well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Returns which arrive unsolicited or without written approval will be kept for 60 days and can be collected in person at the studio, by arrangement. Within the same time period, the customer can request to resend the items to them. If delivery must be rearranged, it will be sent cash on delivery, which incurs a fee in addition to expenses to a maximum of 15 € incl. VAT, per item. The customer acknowledges that is not legally obliged to retain articles any longer than this period and that after the 60 day period any claim for reimbursement of the purchase price in any form is forfeited.
